01 Scope
In this Privacy Statement, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to STILL bv. 03 What do we do with your data?

To perform our agreement with you: To fulfill our obligations arising from contracts entered into between you and us, and to provide you with the information and services you request, including managing and dealing with your requests, questions, or complaints. This includes responding to your requests to provide customer service, responding to your inquiries, providing you with technical support, providing you with essential information about the services you use and the product you have purchased, etc.
For our legitimate commercial interests: We may use your personal information (both aggregated and individual), such as your contact details and electronic identifiers, to advertise our products and services, to contact you for marketing or other commercial purposes if you are an existing customer. In such cases, where required by local law, we will ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your personal information. Depending on the location of the entity exporting the relevant Personal Data, this adequate security may be a data transfer agreement with the recipient based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. In the event that we process your Personal Data through automated decision-making, we will inform you of the logic involved, as well as the importance and intended consequences of such processing for you.
